Christmas List

So Basically this is my wish list for christmas!
Obvs i wont get all (or any) of this, as my family don't go mad and spend stupid amounts on each other, but one of two things would make me happy :)

Make-up really excites me lately, so i really want to get some good brands in my life but on a student budget its just not gonna happen! So fingers crossed someone loves me enough :)

Cant wait for the taste of mulled wine and mince pies! :D

Leather Trousers

Hello :)
Yesterday me and my boyfriend drove up to Shepard's Bush for a bit of shopping.  I have been lusting after leather trousers (Pleather)  for a long long time.  Now they have hit the high street at really reasonable prices i had to get some.
I know you can get leather look leggings but I'm really not a fan of leggings as i always feel a bit exposed. So i went for the structured leather trouser.
These are from H&M and were £24.99.

Here are a few outfits i have put together to show you my way of styling LEATHER TROUSERS.
I actually found them really easy to style, they look good with anything! So i'm very happy about that, also they are so amazing for the winter as they are nice and warm :).
Let me know what you think and what you would recommend wearing them with.

At the moment i am stressing like a mad woman with the quantity of uni work on my shoulders :(.
I'm sure any of you who are doing or have done a degree know the feeling!

A Small Primark Haul

This outfit is what i wore to university today. My only intention was to be warm so its very layered and wooly!  I never make much effort for uni which is a shame, i always get out of bed at the last second and chuck on some rags! I just find it extremely difficult to get out my bed in the winter when its so warm and cosy :(

On the plus side- i had a Primark haul last week and picked up some lovely winter items!

The leather jacket with stud detail is Primark and cost me £25. Now thats quite a lot for Primark but similar designs are more than double the price in Topshop ect.. so cant complain!
I really needed one as my leather jacket is cropped and 3/4 length sleeves so no good for cold weather!

The stripy jumper is also Primark and i thinkkk it was about £10.
Its so warm and snug and i love how the sleeves are really long :)

I also wanted to talk about my orange bag. It's not from Primark but it is from Camden market. It comes with a matching clutch bag and shoulder strap. And for £20 it's abit of a brag ;)
And is so good for carrying my university load too and from the car.

This Kate Moss for Rimmel London lipstick is really good i would recommend it. My lips are really dry and sore so nothing can make them look particularly nice at the moment, but i love the colour! It is colour number 110.

Autumn Air...

Fur coat - TKMaxx, Trousers - H&M, Bag- Select, Hand Chain - Harts & Crosseshttp://hartsncrosses.bigcartel.com

Feeling the cool autumn air recently so the fur was dug out the closet.
And oh have i missed it!
This is my first autumn look of the season, i plan on showing you my favourite looks going through to winter and my way of styling layers and prints.

I am well and truly a summer girl but i do enjoy feeling cosy in wool and fur fabrics.
These trousers are new, i found them in H&M for £24.99? (I think)
They are really good for creating a statement and keeping with the trend this winter.
I love them!  Printed trousers are my best friend at the moment.

What do you think of the look? Or tartan in general?  Would you wear them differently? I feel a bit restrained to wear them with black, any other colour seems to distract from the print. I'll keep experimenting...

Dont forget to have a look on my clothing site DUTTYRUFFS

Back to my fast growing pile of uni work now ...

It's All About The CLASH

So recently i've been really inspired by images i've found showing clashing outfits.
It is a big trend this season and i have never purposely clashed an outfit before. So i thought id give it ago and show you guys  my interpretation using whats in my wardrobe.
I am defiantly growing in confidence as to what i wear. I am enjoying trying new styles and experimenting with my wardrobe.

Which outfit is your favourite ?

I must apologise for my unprofessional background but it has been raining all day as i'm sure it has for most of the UK, and going outside defiantly wasn't an option. So you get my little pink bedroom instead today :)

Anyway i have started back at university this week, second year is defiantly going to be a LOT of work. It's a bit overwhelming looking at all our modules. So i will apologise in advance for irregular blogging from now until June! Lizzie will be posting more so you can get to know her some more too :)
There is a link in my sidebar for my Pinterest account which i use a lot to log images for university so you can find me there and on Twitter and Instagram :)

And please take a look at mine and my friends online shop where you will find some tempting bargains and sexy party dresses!

xx

(Oh, and if you would like to know where anything above is from just ask in a comment and i will reply :) )

My FAVE Quote.

'This... stuff'? Oh. Okay. I see. You think this has nothing to do with you. You go to your closet and you select... I don't know... that lumpy blue sweater, for instance because you're trying to tell the world that you take yourself too seriously to care about what you put on your back. But what you don't know is that that sweater is not just blue, it's not turquoise. It's not lapis. It's actually cerulean. And you're also blithely unaware of the fact that in 2002, Oscar de la Renta did a collection of cerulean gowns. And then I think it was Yves Saint Laurent... wasn't it who showed cerulean military jackets? I think we need a jacket here. And then cerulean quickly showed up in the collections of eight different designers. And then it, uh, filtered down through the department stores and then trickled on down into some tragic Casual Corner where you, no doubt, fished it out of some clearance bin. However, that blue represents millions of dollars and countless jobs and it's sort of comical how you think that you've made a choice that exempts you from the fashion industry when, in fact, you're wearing the sweater that was selected for you by the people in this room from a pile of stuff.

WHAT I WORE-

Dress - Oasis
However i actually found this is a charity shop for £5.99! How crazy is that?

 Shoes - New Look £29.99

I wanted my look for this event to be quite classic and glam at the same time, so i went for this sparkly shift dress and these black boot heels, which are quite comfy and sturdy.
I knew i had to have fairly comfy shoes to walk around london so this was a good choice!

ALSO ... I'm going to Bestival on Thursday so i need to get organised and start packing! This is my first festival so if anyone has any tips please let me know!!!!!!
Thank youuuu
